Copper Cooper has adjusted great and you would think he had been here forever. He and Maggie play endlessly, share the same food dishes and even share the raw hides (taking turns and watching while the other is chewing). We couldn’t be happier and I don’t think Coop could be either. Thanks again for all of your hard work in saving such great dogs. I have included a few pictures of Cooper in his new home as well a nice shot of Maggie and him together. Hope to keep in touch. Sincerely, Barb
Hobo Homer (we changed Hobo's name) is doing great! I took him to the vet last week for a check up and to get his heartguard. He is full of energy and quite spunky...lots of fun. He was an adjustment for Elmer (my other beagle) at first, but now they are constantly playing together and chasing each other throughout the house. He is a wonderful addition to our household. He loves his toys and loves to cuddle and play. Thanks for letting me adopt him...he's great =) Jessica
Charlie III I just wanted to give you the Charlie update. He is doing great with a couple of accidents (more our fault I think than his). He is better about letting us take toys away from him now. Not perfect but is learning. He really doesn't like being in the crate but we only put him in there when we leave for a little while. He has this thing for area rugs. He likes to pick them up and carry them around the house! Go figure. All of our neighbors know we have a beagle since he loves to run around the backyard and let everyone know that he's outside aka BARKING! Boca and Charlie are friends as well. They pal around but he doesn't really want to play which is fine with her. Here is a photo of the boy & his dog. As you can see Charlie knows he has a forever home now! Thanks for helping us make the right doggie match. We love him! Take Care Ellen Mathieson
Noah II Hi there.Noah is such a wonderful dog. I cannot get over how well behaved and well mannered he is. He gets along well with the cat. Yes his eye is doing much better with the drops. We took him to our vet and he asked us to continue with the rest of the drops. He has been very quiet. He hasn't barked. He waits patiently for us to get up and feed him and to take him out, He will go by the stairs when he is ready to go out. He has made a few friends with some of the other dogs on our walks. He also found some kids that he likes around the complex. I will be taking some more pictures and send you some. He has had no accidents in the house. We think he is sooooooooo precious!! :) I will try to get some pictures to you soon! Noah is a blessing to us! Take care Happy Memorial Day to you too!! Jessica and Leo
