Rosie is a big ball of energy, she loves to romp around and play. When she does settle down she loves to cuddle.  She is getting along wonderfully with her foster brothers.  She has an adorable beagle bark, but does not use it too often.  She would do well in a home that enjoys a high energy dog.
Rosie would benefit most from a family that is dog experienced and has patience to help properly introduce her to other canine friends.
