Normally I try to do a standard description but I really like what Carter's foster mom said about him so I am going to share it here.

Ignore the splint;) His elbow is fine;) I think he just wanted extra attention and a ticket out of the shelter. He is a cuddler and a lover. Crate trained, though it's not his favorite place to be;) He would prefer following you around, or better yet, cuddled up to you. He loves to romp in the yard and play with sticks. Of course, he loves his food. He doesn't "hunt for lizards" like his fellow housemate beagle. He gets along well with kids and dogs. Have not observes him around cats, but he is such an easy going guy that he would probably like anything;( He is 28 pounds of pure love.
