Gavin joined us last week and he is a really darling. He gets along well with all of our dogs and is a real gentleman. He figured out the dog door right away and is housebroken. He does not beg at the table but loves treat time before bed. He is normally very quiet unless he's alone all day - then when I get home from work I get a chorus of howling for a few minutes until he's sure you are going to stay home for awhile. If you have any troubles you will leave them at the door with this sweetheart! We just got an older puppy, Turbo, for the weekend and saw a whole new side of Gavin- he likes to play!!! He likes naps and will let you give him hugs if you are feeling blue. Gavin will be a great dog for many types of families!
Update: He has never had an accident in the house and is very well behaved. He loves to snuggle with family and wants to be near people and will wander around the house to find folks to hang out with. He loves to go on long walks but also loves long naps. He is the most easy-going beagle we have ever fostered. He will make a wonderful addition to any family.
