Ben III needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

Ben is a beautiful lemon beagle.  His owners are heartbroken that they have to rehome him but they have an infant son with a chronic medical condition and it is exasberated by pet dander.  They said he loves walks and loves to wrestle and cuddle.  He also loves to go to the beach and wade in the water. They think he would do better in a home without other dogs or small children.
