Zoe is an adorable little girl with a very friendly, playful personality! She was turned in to a rural county shelter by her "family" because she was an outside dog that wanted to live inside and was not allowed! She was even brought in with her leash and collar.
Zoe would love to find a family that will let her be a part of their family forever and let her live in the home with them like she deserves.
Zoe is a very energetic and loving beagle girl. She could use some obedience training and leash training as it seems that no one has spent much time with her on these things.
