Chester III is a very handsome beagle boy who found himself at animal control when his family could no longer care for him.  What a mistake they made!  When he was pulled, he was so excited he started jumping around and shaking all over and he just buried his head in his new person's lap.

That elation hasn't abated.  He might just be the happiest dog we have ever seen.  He enthusiastically checks out everything going on in his foster home, tail wagging non-stop.  He likes to play chase and follow his foster brothers and sisters and his favorite is some intense snuggling with people.  He knows how to sit and quickly figured out the routine and goes right in his crate for dinner time.  He stays there quietly at night as well.

Chester III will probably do great in just about any environment but he should go somewhere that will appreciate his energy and enthusiasm for life.  He could stand to lose a couple pounds and I'm sure he will appreciate walks.
