Cooper II needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

My man Cooper will just steal your heart. He is as sweet as he is handsome. This is one people-loving hound who just wiggles and wags all over at the sight of a human friend! He likes his canine siblings in his foster home, and is easily getting accustomed to his kitty cat housemates too. Sounds like Cooper is 2 good 2 B True!

He is comfortable in a crate and will gladly go in on his own to take a snooze. But he is happiest being around people and not really happy being left all alone. He does have a very loud beagle voice, so buy your ear plugs ... just kidding, but he does have a big beautiful bay that you will need to appreciate. If you are looking for a young, happy, playful beagle boy, this young man is for you!
