Whisper is an adorable little beagle girl. She is very shy and timid, but with a lot of patience we know she will eventually become comfortable in her new surroundings. 
Whisper is doing well with kids and the other dogs in her foster home. 
She does not want to sleep alone at night, but she did very well in a crate in the bedroom. In fact, Whisper likes to relax in her kennel during the day. 
She was named Whisper because she rode so quietly in a crate all the way from the Panhandle to Tampa.  Whisper needs to be in a household with another dog.
