Beagle : : Male (neutered) : : Adult : : Medium
Charlie VI and his brother, Cooper VI, came to us when their owner died unexpectedly. They were clearly well cared for but there has been a lot of change lately and so they are getting used to their new surroundings and new pack. Charlie is much more nervous and uncertain then his brother and he looks to him for leadership. He isn't a huge fan of all of this change and is only slowly beginning to warm up to the idea of love and affection from his new foster parents. He has been quiet and well behaved in the house but sometimes it can be a challenge to convince him to cross the threshold and come hang out where all the fun is. But he is making progress and we believe his confidence will return with time and a safe place to be. We don't believe Charlie and Cooper need to be adopted together but if you were looking for a pair of beagles you know get along with one another, they are a great choice.
