Scarlett II clearly was someone's well loved house dog, she just wants to cuddle and seems to be house trained and knows how to sit. She was dumped off by her owner at a rural shelter in Georgia and made the long trip down to TBBR to find a new family. She needs to lose quite a bit of weight and she will feel so much better!
