Barney Bear came to us from Georgia and his previous foster family even sent along a note saying how much they love him! When he showed up in the shelter in Georgia he was very neglected and was covered in ticks. He was cleaned up and taken into a foster home in Georgia. He was unable to find a new family in Georgia so he is hoping he will have better luck down here in Florida. Barney Bear is still settling into his foster home here in Tampa Bay. He likes to stay near the adults in the home but is still unsure of the children. He seems to be sensitive to noises. We hope that once he feels safe again he will begin to show his true personality. He loves to snuggle and is house trained.
