Garrus is an absolutely stunning male beagle.  He was found as a stray and all attempts by Animal Control to contact his family were unsuccessful.  He waited there patiently for nearly a month!  We are so glad we were able to save him, as he has proven to be a perfect gentleman in his foster home.

Even though he was in the kennel for so long, Garrus remembered his housetraining habits and hasn't had a single accident.  He is also quiet, only using a gentle bark when he wants to play.  His favorite toys are chew bones and his favorite thing to do is nap.

We think Garrus will do well in just about any setting.   He would be a great first dog for a family or for someone looking for a quiter, calmer beagle.  An apartment or condo would be good too.
