Alexa is a high energy puppy who is looking for a family to teach her how to become part of a loving family.  She loves to play with toys and the other dogs in her foster home although the older ones get a little grumpy with her when she doesn't take no for an answer.  She would love a canine companion to help her burn off all of her energy.

We are working on her housetraining and she would benefit from an obedience class.  She is being crated trained although she gets upset when it is time for her foster mom to go to work.  She sleeps in her crate at night and eats her meals in her crate so that she will associate the crate with good things. 

Please consider the time that is needed to training a puppy, including housetraining and exercise, when applying to adopt a puppy.
