Leo was rescued from the side of the road in northwest Florida. The family who found him had just found a little female beagle a week before and cannot keep both of them. Poor Leo was quite skinny and scared but has started to gain weight nicely with regular meals and loving care. He is somewhat cautious and timid and will need some special loving care to help him learn to trust. He loves to play with his beagle friend Annie and would probably benefit from a being around a confident dog.
