Rosie is a sweet beagle that had a very hard start in life. She belonged to a hunter in Alabama and was tied outside her whole life. When she was rescued, she was terribly underweight but was nursing one little pup and being a good mom. Rosie's pup is ready for adoption and staying in a separate foster home. Now it is Rosie's turn to get lots of personal attention!

Rosie is getting good nutrition and putting on some weight. She enjoys the comforts of being a house-dog. She gets excited when someone comes home and wiggles and wags for joy when you pet her.

Update: Rosie is putting on weight and looking very good. She is working on housebreaking and doing great most of the time. When it rains, she is reluctant to go outside and has an occasional accident. She will need continued training in a new home. Rosie is crate trained and choses to sleep in her crate at night. She is spayed, completed heartworm treatment and up to date on all her shots. She is ready for her forever home. Could this be you?
