Howey is a great guy! He is a goofy character who will keep you entertained.  He despertely wants to please and make his people happy.  He likes a good belly rub and will roll over almost on command.

Inside the house, he is crate trained and will often go in for a snooze.  He knows the routine around meal times and quietly eats his food.  He does occasionally get spunky and bounce around with his foster brothers and sisters. Check out the video of him playing with his foster sister (and TBBR alum) Penelo. He is also housebroken.

Overall, his energy level is pretty low. He's just easy and unassuming.  You need to meet him to truly appreciate him.  If you would like a sweet, calm man, come meet Howey. He will steal your heart.  He is a little bit bigger than your average beagle but that just means there is more to love.
