If you are looking for a sweet, loving, easy-going beagle boy, Calvin IV is your man. He gets along great with all of his foster brothers and sisters and loves playing a good game of chase or wrestle or exploring together outside. When he is in the house, he is either soaking up all the attention you will give him, getting SUPER excited for meal time, or curled up on a soft blanket for a snooze.  Calvin loves his crate and sleeps through the night nicely.  He has demonstrated good bathroom habits and does well in his crate during the day.

Calvin IV does pace in circles and it is more pronounced if he is excited or nervous.  This is a good clue that he may need to go out.  We believe he lived outdoors and was confined and the pacing was a way to entertain and get exercise in his pen.

The only noises we have heard are some barks while playing so he may do just fine in an apartment or condo.  If you think Calvin IV would be a great fit for you and your family, he is eager to give it a try.  Put in an application and come meet him - we guarantee you will fall in love!
