CoCo came to us with her beagle buddy Reba after several years together in a home.  They were well cared for but health complications for their guardian resulted in their surrender.

We believe she may be crossed with an English bulldog, as she has pretty broad shoulders and narrow hips.  She is mostly white with light brown and her hair is shorter and thinner than a typical beagle (less shedding!).  Her eyes are the most interesting shade of light brown/yellow.

After a short adjustment period, CoCo has settled in nicely and is a welcome part of the pack.  She behaves well in her crate and sleeps through the night.  She is also housebroken.  She is generally pretty quiet but will celebrate reunions with her human or alert to someone at the door.

CoCo is showing us her playful side and enjoys playing with rubber toys. She loves to interact with people and does just fine with the other dogs in the house.  She is always up for a good belly rub and her favorite spot is on the couch next to one of her humans or in a lap for a cuddle.

CoCo shows an elevated interest in the resident kitty although they are not allowed to interact directly.  She may learn to coexist but only with proper training, introductions, and the cat of the right temperament.
