Vixen was turned into Polk County Animal Control as a "stray".  We don't know the exact reasons their family chose to give up on her, but she os  in the good care of TBBR 

Not much is known about Vixen's prior home.  In her foster setting, she has shown herself to be a bit uneasy but you can see that she seeks attention and affection.  She gets along great with her foster family and has demonstrated good bathroom habits.  She is quiet and happy to be in her crate.  In fact, when she needs some time away from the hustle of the household, she will curl up in her crate on her own.

Vixen likes to hop up on the couch and put her head in your lap for some quiet time.  She will need a patient person to help her feel safe.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
