Handsome boy! What a special boy Samuel is! Found wondering alone in a neighborhood with no owners to be found, the WOOF phone rang with a loving voice on the other end. Samuel had turned his charm on and found a warm, safe home to stay in till Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue had a foster available for him to be moved to. Loves to play with other dogs, large and small, good with cats, and children. Happy and obedient, he is fitting right into his foster family's home.
