What a great dog! Gunner was rescued from the animal shelter after being hit by a car and suffering a broken left hind leg. The rescue saved Gunner from a scary and uncertain fate at the shelter and arranged for his surgery to fix the broken leg. Gunner went through the surgery and multiple cast changes like a trooper- always with a super laid-back attitude. This is one terrific and mellow dog! Gunner is sweet, completely housebroken, loves to be petted and scratched and he's good as gold. He does bark and bay quite loudly when someone comes to the door, so may not do well in apartment. He's great on the leash, in the back yard and in the house. He recovered beautifully from his surgery, is neutered, up to date on his shots and ready to go to his forever home!
