Carli just arrived! She is a beautiful tricolored beagle and tiny--about 20 pounds. She has done well with the kids and other dogs and is very playful. She is heartworm negative and already spayed so ready to go. She is quickly winning the hearts of all she meets. More as her foster family gets to know her.
