Ms. Darla is a calm, sweet beagle girl. I think she would prefer to be the only dog and not have any competition for love and attention. She would be perfect for an older couple or person that wants a companion dog . She doesn’t require much exercise but needs to take a short walks daily to keep her limber. She came into TBBR with a very badly dislocated hip. She underwent surgery to fix this and recovered very well. She can’t get up on any furniture because of her hip but sits quietly at your feet and paws you to rub her. She is housebroken and goes to the door to be let out. She loves to lay out in the sun and roll around in the grass. She has the cutest behind swish when she walks. She has many more years of love to give. She is very low maintenance and would make a wonderful companion for someone.
