Higgins is the luckiest beagle in all of Georgia!  He was sitting at a high kill shelter in rural north Georgia with not much hope of ever getting out.  TBBR had a rescue friend who happened to be in the Atlanta area and after a flurry of phone calls and the help of Atlanta Beagle Rescue we were able to get him out and safely transported to his new foster home in Florida!!  And boy are we thrilled that we saved this guy!  He is beyond adorable ~ they just don't come any cuter than this!  He has a wonderful temperment and gets along great with dogs of all sizes and is just a happy little guy.  He sleeps quietly in his crate at night and he loves exploring every inch of the yard and playing with all of his new friends.  Hard to imagine were it not for a great stroke of luck that this special guy would have been gone forever.  Now he is safe and waiting for his new family to come get him!
