Beagle : : Male (neutered)
Milo II waited 3 long months at the shelter hoping to find a new home but no one ever picked him. Fortunately TBBR thought he was too good to die there and pulled him out of that place!! He seems to have bonded to his pal Missy at the shelter and they act like husband and wife!! They sure would love to find a home together but will both be happy if they each find loving new homes. Milo gets along great with people and dogs and is very easy going and sweet. He is hoping someone will finally take him home and give him the love and attention he has been missing!
UPDATE: November 1, 2007 Milo is staying with us now and we have 3 other beagles and 3 young children. When Milo realized he was staying here he started grabbing the dog toys & flipping them around and then went from doggy bed to doggy bed--rolling around in each one like he couldn't believe he is finally in a home again!! What a sweet heart! Milo gets along well with everyone and loves the kids. He is completely housebroken. He gets a little sad & barks for a minute when we leave & when we return but is quiet quickly. He did learn how to get out of our yard within seconds--but came right back when I called him. He hasn't tried to get out since! Milo loves to give kisses and is very gentle. He does great on a leash and enjoys his exercise with us. All in all, Milo is a great beagle!! He sure is one handsome man! Please come meet him today. Milo has a little bit of sensitive skin so we are treating him with some good shampoo & a little antibiotics & I think it will clear him right up!
