Penelope, affectionatly known as Penny, is one of the sweetest girls you will meet!  She is very calm, quiet and submissive.  Her absolute favorite thing is to flop over on her back for a belly rub.  In fact in the shelter lobby as she was making her great escape, she immediately greated me by rolling over at my feet for a much desired belly rub!  She is perfectly content to lie next to you to for hours to be stroked, loved on and of course get a belly rub.  She is submissive to other dogs and is a very quiet girl.  She will soon be treated for heartworms and then will be good as new and ready to begin her new life! 

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
