Cappy is a little character! He's getting along with the other dogs in his foster home and stays busy playing with the other Beagle! He hasn't had an accident in the house for two weeks, so I'd say he is house-broken. He is crate trained and sleeps quietly all night. Cappy would do well as an only dog for a Senior Citizen or with other dogs and a family with children. He adjusts easily to new foster dogs and small grandchildren visits. He is longing for his forever home. Could that be you?
