Penny is the sweetest little beagle girl who just came to her new foster home today. So far she doesn't understand all the silly beagle boys in the house. She would rather sit in her foster mom's lap and dole out kisses than romp around with the boys. Outside she remains young and playful. She is sure to steal your heart and be a beloved part of the family.
