Rocky is a sweetheart. He is very friendly and affectionate. Rocky hasn't barked once in his foster home! Rocky is mostly calm but does have occasional zoomies and will play with toys. He has a bit of anxiety when people leave but we are seeing improvements in only one week in his foster home.
