Glen is a 2-ish year old male tri colored beagle with lots of red and black ticking(spots). He spends the day running around the yard with his foster brothers and sister. When they are tired of playing, he picks up a toy and will continue to play with it by himself.  Glen has a lot of puppy left in him, and when excited, he will howl.  Snuggling with his foster parents is his specialty. He rolls on his back and loves to have his belly scratched. He is very smart,  house trained, quickly learned the doggie door,  goes in his crate when asked (to eat,) walks on a leash/harness, and knows sit. Be prepared, he is always looking for an open door or gate to escape, . He likes car rides. He also wants to  snuggle with his foster siblings. He would do well with a house with other active dogs. He tends to drag things out the doggie door to initiate a game of chase. He will tear/ rip his toys.
Glen is heartworm positive.  He can be adopted while undergoing treatment if the adopter is local to Tampa Bay and is available to transport him to vet appointments.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
