Sam is an 11 week old male beagle mix puppy- likely beagle-bassett hound.  He is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.  

Puppies this age should not be left alone for more than a few hours at time.  

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
