Gepetto is the goofiest low riding, long 5 year doggie. He looks to be a beagle basset mix, but only weighs 30lbs. He likes to play and run, but doesn't really know how to play yet. He loves loves loves attention, some would say he is an attention hog. He will nose his way onto your lap and into your heart. Though he can be a little pushy, he doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. He gets along with other dogs, and really wants a dog or kid to play with. He eats his meals very quickly and might need to be seperated to eat, because he'll eat everything in sight. Gepetto is housebroken, no accidents at his foster home. He will even sleep quietly in a crate at night and when you leave the house. Gepetto only barks when he's excited, like when someone is at the door. He is great on walks, but he is a slow walker because he wants to sniff everything. Gepetto's energy is in spurts, he is high energy and wants to play, play, play for 20 min, and then his battery runs out and he needs to sleep for hours.

 

Gepetto is heartworm positive but can be adopted during treatment within an hour from one of our vets.
