Sassy Lou is a 3 year old girl.  She is very playful and silly once she settles in.  She loves to be outside or look out the window. She is housebroken and knows how to use a doggy door.  Sassy loves to go for walks but like most beagles, she pulls hard.  She would do best in a home with a fenced yard.  She is a vocal girl who is not suited for apartment or condo living.  She has not been tested with cats. When it comes to other dogs in the home, Sassy is known to be a resource guarder with food and toys.  It is recommended that open access to toys and food be restricted and monitored.  

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
