Rome is a very loving 2 year old boy who wants to be near his humans as much as possible.  At his foster home, he has not quite learned to go potty outside every time but he's making progress.  True to being a beagle, he is food and treat driven and extremely curious.  At night, he can be found on a lop of one of his foster dads, ever trying to give them kisses and snuggling.  He does not like being crated and will let you know with a boisterous beagle bay.  Rome gets along great with his foster siblings and he tolerates the cats.  He would do best in a home where he can get a lot of attention and love.  

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
