A young happy energetic 17 LB beagle. Percy gets along great with other dogs and is comfortable in the crates and on dog beds. He has the most adorable beagle bark his foster parents have ever heard. He’s affection seeking and enjoys getting petted. This dude is serious about his treats so we keep our fingers out of the way. Percy is currently in need of house training.
 

Percy is heartworm positive. 

Note: We do allow dogs awaiting some services to be adopted under our "foster to adopt" program.  With heartworm treatment, a potential adopter needs to be within one hour of the Tampa area and able to get the dog to its appointment.  We do not allow heartworm treatment to be completed elsewhere.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
