Carmel comes to us from Citrus county where she ended up at animal control after being confiscated from her owner for neglect.  We don't know the details of her neglect  but we do know that this wonderful girl is in desperate need of a loving forever home.  Her foster mom thinks she is AWESOME! She loved her a bath and the loving care she is getting there. She gets along very well with the dogs and cat and is non-destructive. She likes to be outside and appears to be housebroken.
