Harvey is a sweet little old man.  He is easy going and low key.  Harvey came to us in rough shape but is making good progress.  He has a food allergy that caused him to lose a lot of hair.  With a prescription food, he is feeling and looking better. Harvey is also deaf and only barks when he is hungry or wants to go out. He is good with his foster brother and sisters. He has shown no aggression.

Would be good in An apartment or as an only dog.
