Phoebe is a cute small girl that loves to be in the middle of whatever the people are doing. She finds toys in everything and she plays a lot. Although she is fairly new to the rescue, she is doing well in the crate. She is a bit stubborn on the leash and sometimes has to be picked up to get her to move. This might be due to all the transitions she has had lately. She came into the rescue with two sisters who both went to different foster homes. Phoebe was very excited to see her image in the mirror. We think she thought she saw her sisters. Phoebe still wags her tail when she sees her own image. In fact, Phoebe wags her tail almost all the time. She will be especially happy when she finds a home.
