Harley is a movie star beagle - he is just that cute! He loves to play with toys and will run around the yard with a ball or a bone in his mouth. He enjoys the company of other dogs and likes to play with his foster brother and sister. He crates well and just seem so relieved to be out of the shelter. He is positive for heartworms but will be treated for that so he can live a healthy happy life.
