This is Luke, but his good friends know him as "Big Boy" cause he's got a personality the size of Texas!

Luke was found abandoned in Citrus County and was lucky enough to be taken into the rescue. He's made
lots of friends since he's been with us, but he longs to find his forever home. If you are looking for the softest and coziest spot in your house, than Luke is
the dog for you. Have no doubt, he will find that spot and curl up in a little ball to snooze as long as it's near his people. Luke is great with everyone -- kids and adults alike -- as he has never met a
stranger. He's good on a leash and has all the qualities of a best friend. He will comfort you and make you laugh if you let him (just try rubbing his ears)... and he's great for cuddling on all those cold
Florida nights. But don't let a sleepy beagle fool you, Luke has lots of spunk and loves to play fetch with squeaky toys. And he'll do just about anything for a Kong filled with peanut butter.

Luke is extremely loyal and would be a great dog for any family. He would love to have a house and a yard to finally call his own. Luke would probably do best
in a home with a female dog -- or being an only dog as he loves to be the center of attention. And he will gently remind you of that by tapping you with his paw
when you forget. He is currently being fostered with three other beagles, two male & one female, and gets along great with everyone!
