Oh my, such a good looking classic, beagle boy!    First day in his foster's home and he's already running around playing with the other dogs and toys.  Then when it's time to settle, he wants to be right by you.  A perfect playful/snuggle bug of a pup.  A beagle for sure, feeding time was a favorite of his.
Whines/barks some at first when crated, but settled down. Not completey house trained yet, but recent surgery may be a part of it.  Has gone through a doggie door, so no concerns there.
    
As with all young dogs, he'll benefit with some training and a home to show him the love and structure needed.
