Osker was found and kept by the finder for 2 weeks and 1 day while she posted in many places on line for him and called all local shelters.  No replies.  The O'Donnell's mentioned they would be interested in a puppy so they have taken Osker (1/4/17) for a few days to see if he fits in to their family.
