Wilbur III is a wonderful, happy, exuberant beagle boy that is full of life and enthusiasm.  He lvoes to play and explore and is very curious about everything around him.  He will hop up in your lap for a snuggle or gladly lay on the floor and play with toys.  Wilbur has one very unique trait in a beagle - he can FETCH!  But he will also self entertain, epecially with a nylabone.

Wilbur is best buds with his foster mate, Happy.  They like to play and folow each other around and are really an entertaining pair.  Wilbur has classic beagle markings and all the characteristics and features of a beagle that you would know and love.
